DIA National Conference date announced

Friday, September 23, 2016

As well running the largest and most diverse range of CPD programmes across the UK and online each year to help driver and rider trainers develop their skills and knowledge, DIA additionally provides a number of interactive and stimulating opportunities for instructors to get involved in shaping future driver policy and strategy, as well as debate the challenges and issues the industry faces.

Its popular National Conference returns on 15th December, with an exciting agenda focused on the future of driver education, examining how training and testing will develop over the next few years.

The event gives trainers the opportunity to interact with key decisions makers from DVSA and other key influencers on motoring policy and regulation in the UK, as well as hear from the horse's mouth what change is coming up in 2017 which will impact both trainer and pupil.  The conference will also celebrate the best of driver and rider training and education with the launch of the DIA Driver and Rider Training Awards, a new series of awards recognising the achievements of trainers, pupils and other stakeholders in the world of driver education and road safety.

End the year on a high and sign up for your place today. Tickets include Christmas lunch, refreshments and learning materials. And as it's the season for goodwill £5 will be donated to The Big Learner Relay (for Children in Need) for every ticket sold. Event details and ticket sale here.
