All prices and charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, and include all delivery charges.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the subscription including the delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly before we accept your order.
Prices are subject to change and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.
We try to ensure that all information is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the transaction we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Cheque. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
The subscription fee of £30.00 is a yearly payment and your subscription
will run from the next available month, unless you subscribe after the 26th
(or next working day) of the month, and your subscription will run from the
next available month (see Delivery Times). Near the anniversary of taking up
your subscription, you will be sent a renewal letter asking if you would like
to continue with your subscription. To ensure you continue to receive your
magazine, please complete this renewal form and return it to the address given.
We deliver to any address in the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands).
All delivery charges are included in the price of the subscription for each issue. Any back issues will incur a postage charge, this postage price is dependent on how many back issues are ordered.
When you subscribe to adiNEWS, please note that the cut-off date to receive the next available month’s magazine is the 26th of the month (or next working day), we then aim to get the magazine to the subscriber in the first 10 days of that month. If you subscribe after the 26th of the month (or next working day) you will then start your subscription from the following month.
All magazines are delivered in the first 10 days of each month by 2nd class post.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
If you move, change your name, or amend any of your details that will effect the correct delivery of your magazine each month, you need to contact our subscriptions department on 01273 547914 so that we can amend your details on our database.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your magazine in pristine condition. If you do not receive your magazine every month once you have subscribed, please telephone our subscriptions department on 01273 547914 or email subscriptions@adinews.co.uk and we will check the details we hold for you. While we ensure that we have the correct details for each subscriber, non-delivery of magazines could be attributed to out of date details. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that we hold the correct details. If, once checked, we find that we do hold the correct details and your magazine has still not been delivered, we will ensure that we investigate all possibilities. Non-delivery by the Royal Mail is beyond our control, but we will do everything in our power to get your magazine to you should all details be correct.

You can cancel your subscription at any time during the period of your sign-up. However, we do operate a no refunds policy. If you cancel your subscription part way through, we do not refund any of the subscription fee. .
